What costs are associated with services provided by Plaza Personnel, Ltd.?

The billing rate charged for temp-to-hire or temporary employees is based on the amount of experience necessary for the assignment. We try to make your job easier when you employ one of our candidates. Our employee will present a time sheet each week for signature. Compensation to our assigned employees is paid either weekly or bi-weekly for the total hours worked. We then invoice the client on a bi-weekly basis. Plaza Personnel, Ltd. handles all payroll taxes, withholding and workers' compensation insurance.

After you evaluate the performance and potential of our temporary or contract employee, you may wish to employ this person directly. Our employees represent our inventory of skilled professionals, and in the event you wish them converted to your employ, you agree to pay a discounted conversion fee.
Plaza Personnel, Ltd. will work to finalize the offer and to officiate a start date and payroll conversion.
